Protecht is thrilled to announce a number of new and exciting features that will help you navigate the world of risk management in a faster and easier way!
Release 10 is focused on making Protecht.ERM easier to use for both front line users and administrators who need to do the behind the scenes configuration. We trust that these new features will help you and your front line users navigate Protecht.ERM!
The new My Tasks screen presents all a user's tasks in one screen, allowing them to action tasks without navigating between different modules or notification emails. It’s available from the main menu bar. My Tasks can be set up to display My KRI Entries, My Compliance Entries, Actions, and register tasks such as Incidents and Claim Forms.
My Tasks will be automatically available for all customers as part of Release 10. Further configuration options are available in the system menu.
Learn how to complete common administrator tasks without leaving Protecht.ERM. We've added contextual help featuring step-by-step walk-throughs and short explainer videos! This content is currently available to our super users (who have the Client Super User role). You can make the content available to any role by adding the WalkMe Admin Content permission.
Compliance questions and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) are now available for entry or review in the Protecht.ERM App for iOS and Android. If you're using these modules in your desktop site and you're running Protecht.ERM version 9.1.13 or above, the modules will appear in your mobile menu after you update the app.
We've also improved the first-time login screens, making it easier to follow the steps.
When you click on the help icon in Protecht.ERM, the new help portal page will open. There's a search bar at the top of the portal page—enter keywords here and then select from the suggestions or hit Enter to view a full list of results.
If you prefer browsing, content is organised by task type on the portal page (or you can expand the table of contents by clicking the three lines at the top left of the screen).
