Activate anonymous access for data submission

  • Enable anonymous form access in System Configuration (available in version 12+).
  • Turn on anonymous access in the register settings to allow submissions via a dedicated link.

  • Register an anonymous user (username must be "anonymous") to facilitate secure, unauthenticated submissions.

Define conditional rules to enhance privacy

  • Set rules to automatically hide sensitive fields when an entry is created by the anonymous user.
  • Ensure users submitting anonymously cannot access or view internal system data

Generate and test the anonymous submission link

  • Copy the anonymous form access link and test it in a private/incognito browser
  • Verify that sensitive fields remain hidden and the form functions correctly on mobile devices
