Purpose, Scope and Users
Protecht Group Holdings Pty Ltd and its affiliates (Protecht Group) engages third party suppliers to supply products and services that support the provision of online software as a service (Services) by the Protecht Group. Some of these third party suppliers are used as sub-processors to host or process data, which may include personal data (Third Party Sub-processors). Members of the Protect Group may also be used as subprocessors.
Protecht will give each affected customer at least 30 days’ notice of any intended addition or replacement of any sub-processor, to give the customer the opportunity to object to the new sub-processor based on reasonable and specific grounds relating to data protection.
