Consumer Duty Delivery Team Manager, FCA

Martyn Saville is Consumer Duty Delivery Lead at the Financial Conduct Authority. Martyn leads the embedding of the Consumer Duty within the FCA, directly managing the central Consumer Duty ‘hub’ team and matrix-managing the wider ‘spoke’ resource.

He is responsible for internal training, engagement, cross-cutting supervisory work programme development, executive committee reporting, risk management and the Consumer Duty data strategy.

Director , Fourthline

Responsible for leading client relationships and new business sales. Dan takes a lead role in customer engagement, identifying, creating and designing solutions to help our customers with risk and regulatory challenges. 13 years of experience working with financial services businesses across risk, compliance, data protection and regulatory change.
